Cured Istrian sausage

Dry Istrian sausage is a traditionally prepared product and, along with prosciutto, the most famous Istrian specialty. This is the base for every next sausage we add to our offer. In the mixture of meat and spices of salt and pepper, boiled Malvasia wine was added, in which garlic and bay leaf were also cooked.
All Istrian products are dried only in the wind, without smoke!
