Ol Istria Istarska bjelica is a favorite olive oil obtained from the autochthonous Istrian variety, which gives a distinctive oil of fresh aroma to the olive green fruit, very harmonious with harmonious fruitiness, sweetness, bitterness and pronounced spiciness.

Istrian white is the favorite olive oil among the Istrians, in the region from which it originates.

The fruit of the Istrian white is golden green at full maturity and hence the name of this variety. Fruit oil content is around 21%, which depends on many factors and very high quality oil. Due to the large fruit, this variety can be preserved as green olive, that is, it is a dual-use variety.
