Sivi Pinot

Pinot Gris grapes are naturally darker than other white varieties, which gives this wine a beautiful, very pronounced and recognizable amber color. It has an intense, fine and varietal aroma with intertwined notes of dried fruit of apple, apricot and fig and discreet spices of vanilla and cinnamon. It has a luxurious and at the same time dry taste with pronounced warmth and goes great with cold cuts, white meat or white fish dishes and seafood.

Spontaneous fermentation on the skins without the addition of enzymes.

Separate maceration for each vineyard, 15-25 days. Own yeasts.
